Your next move matters. Make it count.
I work with experienced wealth management professionals who are considering a move. Or should be. If you’re good at what you do and thoughtful about where you do it, we should talk.
How I Work With Candidates
I’m not going to waste your time with roles that don’t fit. I’ve spent two decades in wealth management recruitment. I know the firms, I know the cultures, and I know the difference between a job that looks good on paper and one that’s actually right for you.
When I introduce you to a firm, it’s because I genuinely believe it’s a place where you’ll do your best work. Not because I need to hit a target
What To Expect
A proper conversation first.
Before I recommend anything, I need to understand what you actually want — not just your next job title, but the kind of firm, the kind of clients, and the kind of career trajectory that matters to you. No scripts. No tick-box registration forms.
Introductions, not applications.
I introduce you personally to hiring managers and business leaders I have direct relationships with. Your CV doesn’t go into a pile. You don’t get submitted without knowing exactly where and why.
Honest guidance throughout.
I’ll tell you if a role isn’t right. I’ll tell you if your expectations on salary or seniority need adjusting. I’d rather be straight with you now than watch a placement fall apart in six months because nobody had that conversation.
Discretion as standard.
Your details go nowhere without your explicit permission. I understand that in wealth management, reputation is everything. I treat your job search with the same confidentiality I’d expect for my own.
Who I Typically Work With
Financial Planners and Paraplanners looking for firms that invest in their development. Wealth Advisers and Investment Managers ready for more autonomy or a better client base. Operations and compliance professionals who want to work somewhere that values what they do. Senior leaders exploring their next chapter, whether that’s a bigger platform, a partnership opportunity, or something entrepreneurial.
