My name is Jason Cherriman, and I am the founder of Credencia Talent Partners. At our core, we provide expert talent solutions for the wealth management profession. But what that really means is I spent 16 years helping grow a leading UK firm from c£1bn to £19bn in AUM, and I bring over two decades of recruiting experience to my partners. My focus now is on partnering selectively with forward-looking firms that truly value the client relationship, helping them capitalize on this unique market to attract top-tier talent. Ultimately, the big game is to elevate the entire wealth management industry by ensuring the best people join the best cultures, creating a world where exceptional client outcomes are the standard.
